Copyright on all of the images on this site is owned by Venice Simplon-Orient-Express Ltd, Orient-Express Services Ltd and/or the associated photographers. You have the right to use the images for the promoting of one or more of the Orient-Express products in the applications listed below (see Usage) - but not the right to distribute, sell or use the images in anyway you wish. Full approval for usage will be decided upon when you ask for the image(s) you require.
Usage
You have the right to use the images on this site in comps, layouts for in-house presentations, draft designs for your clients, story-boards, or other comps for yourself or your customers, when promoting one or more of the Orient-Express products.
For any other usage, approval must be obtained from the London Image Library. Use by a third party for anything other than directly promoting Orient-Express is subject to negotiation with Venice Simplon-Orient-Express Ltd, Orient-Express Services Ltd and/or the associated photographer and/or models.
